Terms of 5-Month Monthly Fee Waiver Promotion for Pharmacies

1. Promotion Validity Period

1.1. This Promotion is only valid from March 26, 2026 to June 30, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).

1.2. The monthly fee waiver lasts 150 consecutive calendar days, starting from the date the partner activates their account on the } platform.

2. Purpose and Benefits

2.1. This Promotion guarantees a monthly fee waiver for the first 150 consecutive calendar days after activation, regardless of order volume.

2.2. During the waiver period, partners are still required to pay commissions only on completed sales.

3. Eligibility Criteria

3.1. Only new partners in the “Pharmacy” category who meet all of the following conditions are eligible to participate:

3.2. Have an active CNPJ, duly registered with the relevant authorities and in normal operating status.

3.3. Complete registration on the } platform within the Promotion Period.

3.4. Fully meet the documentation and activation requirements set by }.

3.5. Have no prior commercial relationship with }.

3.6. Exceptions: Partners using an individual taxpayer registration (CPF) are not eligible. Other store categories are also ineligible, including but not limited to restaurants, bakeries, fast-food outlets, dessert shops, bars, supermarkets, convenience stores, alcohol delivery stores, pet shops, and retail stores.

4. Suspension and Cancellation of Benefits

4.1. } reserves the right to suspend or cancel benefits at any time (including during the 150-day period) in cases of abnormal registration, contract breaches, violations of terms of use, or any conduct inconsistent with company policies.

4.2. If benefits are suspended or canceled, the partner will be notified via the communication channels registered on the platform.

5. Termination of Promotion

5.1. } reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time for force majeure or other reasons it deems necessary, without prior notice.

5.2. Such amendments or termination do not entitle participants to any claims or compensation.
